Method, technique, process, composition, program, design, or other information that could be used for manufacturing, sale, or operations and satisfies the following elements:

• Not generally known to or readily ascertainable by proper means
• Possesses actual or potential economic value by virtue of being secret
• Subjected to reasonable efforts to maintain its secrecy
